Simplifying complex B2B experiences.

Currently leading product strategy at VitalView AI, where I turn complex medical scans into clear, high-trust workflows for clinicians.

HOW I WORK

I’ve never really designed just screens.

Beyond the interface

I started in architecture, moved through VR and AR, and into digital products. The medium changed, but the focus stayed the same: how people understand, navigate and act within a system.

Domain before design

I’ve worked across heavy machinery, logistics, automotive and healthcare, often learning unfamiliar systems before shaping the experience around them.

UX in imperfect environments

Most teams I’ve worked with had limited UX processes. I learned to introduce research, usability testing and collaboration in ways that fit fast-moving teams.

More than design

My role often spans research, product, strategy, stakeholders and design, helping me balance user needs with business goals and team realities.

About me

I’m a Product Designer based in Dublin, with a background in architecture and a deep interest in human-AI systems.

My journey into design started with architecture, where I became interested in how people interact with the spaces around them. That interest eventually took me into VR, AR, and digital products. The medium has changed, but I've always enjoyed figuring out how things work and how people experience them.

I've worked across different industries, from heavy machinery and logistics to healthcare AI. Each came with unfamiliar systems, people, and problems to understand. That's one of the things I enjoy most about my work: learning a new domain, asking questions, and making sense of how things actually work.

I'm naturally quiet and observant, and I tend to listen more than I speak. But give me an interesting design problem, and I'll have plenty of questions.

These days, I'm particularly interested in how people interact with AI, especially when the technology is complex and the decisions people make with it really matter.
